šš¼ Hi, I am a Lecturer in theĀ Department of Philosophy at Gonzaga University. My primary research is in the foundations of epistemic normativity. I also have recently developed an interest in the social epistemology of conspiracy theories and fake news.

Background
Before moving to Spokane in the Fall of 2021, I was a Visiting Assistant Professor in theĀ Department of Philosophy and Religion at the University of Indianapolis. I received my PhD in philosophy in August 2019 from theĀ University of Illinois at Chicago. I have a BA in Philosophy fromĀ UC BerkeleyĀ and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Islamic Azad University in Tehran.
I was born and raised in Tehran, Iran, and moved to the US in 2008 to study philosophy.
